There is a 90 day warranty on all merchandise purchased from Factory Direct Marketing. If you receive a unit which is defective please E-mail or call us for a speedy exchange. Most items are brand new & some are fully refurbished by the manufacture.These items have a R after the model number. The warranty for all Canadian shipments is different than the US call or e-mail for details.
